The California State Railroad Museum Foundation (CSRMF) is an official cooperating association with California State Parks and a 501(c)(3) organization. The mission of the CSRMF is to generate revenue and awareness on behalf of its destinations, while supporting the preservation, interpretation and promotion of California's railroad heritage.

The Pantheon is a registered 501(c)(3) and leadership collective founded by Dr. Alea Baron, Alexandra A. Baron, Esq., Kris Carpenter, and Trevor Fong. The Pantheon provides professional services to business owners and helps provide funding for individuals, businesses, and other non-profits.
